Project Manager required for a UK-based EPC main contractor to deliver a utility-scale ground-mounted solar farm project based in Hampshire. The successful candidate will have proven Solar farm experience managing the full EPC project lifecycle from Ready-to-Build through construction, commissioning and final handover to O&M. HV experience (ideally 123kV) is beneficial but not essential. This is an 18-month freelance contract, working on a hybrid basis with 4 days per week onsite in Hampshire and 1 day working from home. ersg are supporting an international EPC Contractor in their search for a Grid Manager to support their Grid Connection process and adherence to Grid Code on their Renewable Energy projects in the South of Italy.This is a remote working role, with the expectation to travel to site and client meetings regularly.Key responsibilities in this role include;Act as the primary point of contact for all grid connection matters.Manage relationships with TSOs.Execute & Coordinate of grid connection works.Coordinate technical discussions and compliance meetings with grid operators and project stakeholders.Manage adherence to all Grid Code requirements and connection agreements during construction.Develop and maintain technical documentation required for grid compliance.Collaborate with key stakeholders (Engineering, Project Management, SHEQ teams).Manage process across full project lifecycle and adherence to project milestones.This role offers a salary between €70,000 and €90,000 + bonus + expenses + healthcare + benefits.Applicants should have at least five years of Grid Management on Renewable Energy projects, and be able to demonstrate their relationship with Italian Grid Operators.Applicants MUST have an Electrical Engineering or equivalent qualification (degree level).ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants. A global solar manufacturer is seeking experienced Construction Managers to support ground-mounted PV projects across Romania. The role involves supporting the installation and maintenance of solar tracker systems, working with developers, EPCs, and subcontractors to train teams and advise on best practice. This is a site-based role with significant travel (90%). Senior Stakeholder / Landowner Manager Location: Unterweser-Spohle corridor, Germany / Remote Start: Expected October 2026 Duration: Until June 2030 Languages: Fluent German and English Contract: Long-term freelance/contract assignment Role OverviewWe are seeking an experienced Senior Stakeholder / Landowner Manager to support an offshore grid connection project.The successful candidate will form part of the Owner and Stakeholder Management Team, taking responsibility for managing relationships with landowners, tenants, agricultural businesses and other affected stakeholders throughout the construction and close-out phases.This is a highly stakeholder-facing position requiring strong communication, negotiation and conflict-resolution skills, together with previous experience on major infrastructure, transmission, pipeline or energy projects.Key ResponsibilitiesAct as a senior point of contact between the client, landowners, tenants and other external stakeholders.Maintain regular communication with affected landowners and agricultural businesses throughout construction.Conduct site visits, landowner meetings and stakeholder coordination meetings.Manage objections, complaints, access restrictions and other stakeholder issues arising during construction.Negotiate practical solutions between landowners, contractors and the project team.Coordinate with construction management, site supervision, environmental consultants, technical specialists and contractors.Attend regular project, construction and stakeholder meetings.Support the management of crop damage, land damage and compensation matters.Oversee land handovers and reinstatement activities from a stakeholder perspective.Ensure stakeholder commitments, outstanding actions and agreements are appropriately documented and followed through.Support the transition and takeover of the existing stakeholder management activities at the beginning of the assignment.Provide regular status reporting to the wider project team.
