Core responsibilities include; Develop and maintain project execution plans.Monitor project scope, schedule, budget, and quality.Identify and manage project risks and opportunities.Lead regular project review meetings and provide progress updates to leadership.Act as the primary interface with clients, EPC contractors, suppliers, consultants, utilities, and regulatory authorities.Coordinate internal engineering, procurement, HSE, construction, commissioning, and commercial teams.Manage contract deliverables and change orders.Review contractor payment applications.Ensure compliance with HSE regulations and company standards.Monitor contractor HSE performance.Candidates should have a degree in Electrical Engineering, Project Management or a related discipline. We're supporting a leading energy client in the search for an experienced Electrical Resident Engineer (VEFK / Verantwortliche Elektrofachkraft) to join a utility-scale Battery Energy Storage System (BESS) project.This is a long-term contract running from July through to March 2027, supporting the project from construction through to energisation and hot commissioning.
