BESS Project Manager

Key Responsibilities

• Overall responsibility for EPC project delivery.
• Manage Site Managers, Construction Managers, HSE personnel and subcontractors.
• Ensure delivery against programme milestones and contractual requirements.
• Oversee civil, electrical, mechanical and commissioning activities.
• Coordinate interfaces between subcontractors, suppliers and the client.
• Monitor project budget, change orders and cost control.
• Chair regular progress meetings and client updates.
• Manage project risks and mitigation plans.
• Ensure compliance with Polish regulations, HSE requirements and quality standards.
• Support energisation, commissioning and project handover activities.
• Prepare and present project reporting to internal and external stakeholders.

Requirements

• Proven Project Management experience delivering utility-scale energy projects.
• Previous EPC contractor experience.
• Experience on BESS, Solar PV, HV Substation or Power Infrastructure projects.
• Strong understanding of construction and commissioning processes.
• Experience managing multiple subcontractors and work packages.
• Knowledge of project scheduling tools and reporting processes.
• Fluent English required.
• Polish language skills essential.
