BESS Project Manager

Commissioning Engineer required for a leading Independent Power Producer (IPP) to support the commissioning of a 100MW+ solar farm in Cork, Ireland. Candidates must have proven hands-on commissioning experience on utility-scale solar farms, including electrical testing, fault finding, and energisation. This is an 8-month freelance contract, fully on-site, with an ASAP start. Further PV projects across Ireland may be available upon completion. ersg is supporting a Renewable Energy fund to support their growth.They are searching for an Asset Manager to ensure the operational efficiency of their investment in Energy Storage projects. This role will see the successful candidate overseeing the operational efficiency of multiple assets across the UK & Europe.You will need to demonstrate your technical acumen, understanding the core components of an Energy Storage System, whilst having strong experience in working with optimisers, and have the hunger to deliver a suitable yield from various assets.This is a hybrid role (2 days per week in Central London), working alongside the Senior Leadership Team, providing critical exposure for development.The successful candidate will have a degree in Electrical/Electronic Engineering or a related field.Candidates MUST have the Right to Work in the United Kingdom; Sponsorship is NOT available. ersg are an equal opportunities employer; we are committed to promoting equality of opportunity for all job applicants.
