TESTIMONIALS

Candidate Testimonials

Our candidate's testimonials reflect our dedication to delivering exceptional results.

Whilst looking for a new challenge at the beginning of the year, Gracie was able to find me a role which perfectly matched my requirements. Her communication and advice during and after the recruitment process was excellent. I would not think twice about recommending her to friends and family, and if I find myself in need of recruitment in the future, she will be the first person I contact.

Ryan was pleasure to deal with from the first minute. Himself and Heather were super easy to deal with, with no hassles ever!

They followed through with everything they spoke about and are a credit to their company.

I was approached by Paul at ersg about a Site Construction Manager opportunity with one of his solar clients. Paul explained who the client was, talked me through the job description and supported me with my CV formatting. Paul is extremely knowledgeable on the client and project which enabled him to help me during the interviews with tips and advice, and once at offer stage he supported me through negotiations. I would highly recommend Paul and ersg for their professional approach, (solar) market knowledge and assistance in securing me a new position.
