Through our Master Vendor engagements, ERSG acts as the sole supplier, entering into an exclusive agreement to serve as the primary source for sourcing and procuring flexible workers. In this role, ERSG is responsible for fulfilling all flexible staffing requirements.

ERSG On Demand offers flexible recruitment solutions for both permanent and contract hires. Ideal for clients needing immediate support on resourcing projects, we deploy a Resource Manager and specialist recruiters to meet your needs. We provide the necessary people, processes and systems to scale your recruitment capabilities quickly and efficiently, making the hiring process work for you.

Our Hire, Train & Deploy program expands talent pools by hiring interns and career shifters and upskilling them for specific roles. We work with clients to source, hire, and train local talent, creating new skilled workers for specialised roles.
